One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in on our month-long vacation; a general comment would be that air-conditioning systems and the facilities management professionals are not accommodating for climate change. Hence, our room was quite warm at night, since the air conditioner system was not yet turned on in the entire hotel.

Lovely hotel near key attractions. We stayed in 2 rooms, both excellent. We enjoyed the use the gym and restaurants. All facilities were excellent. Would stay again if in Turin.

We always use this hotel when we go to Turin. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Great central location. The bar and restaurant at the hotel is a MUST!

Fantastic recent upgrade of an old building into a quality hotel. The courtyard bar and restaurant was particularly enjoyable. Superb buffet breakfast.

Air conditioning lacking severely BEWARE
The location is great, as well as service and ambiance. The breakfast buffet is also asorted and plentiful. However, our stay was terrible due to air conditioning failures. I have traveled enough in Europe to understand that air conditioning here is not the same as in USA. This was different, this was not a $50/night hostel. I had to sleep over the bedsheets in my underwear to bearly make it through the night. Next morning they installed a foot-fan to help with the ventilation. This was a relief until the power went out from 12:30 am through 9:00 am, I do not know at what time it came back...I checked out and left the building.

The property has recently been renovated in a thoughtful and tasteful fashion. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable, and it is short walk from the hotel to the principal sites, restaurants, and shops.

I was able to secure a late checkout, but the hotel property was not informed of the VIP perks that Hotels.com advertised with my gold status booking, which is frustrating (and not the property's fault). They did include a bottle of wine, but no one of the property has an opener... (strange). Room is nice.

Great hotel and good location to walk around the city. Breakfast they offered everyday was great with lots of choices. Would stay again if I’m ever back in Turin.
