「Todo muy bien!」

「The room was clean and the air conditioner worked extremely well. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. The beach views off the balcony were stunning. There’s 24h security and you need key cards to access each floor above the lobby. We felt very safe and comfortable staying here.」

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「Nice place to stay. The pool hasn’t been in service for a while but other than that it was good.」

「Everything was excellent. the atmosphere was great, and the staff was very attentive. It is also close to everything. The only thing I didn't like was that the safe uses a key instead of a code; nobody wants to carry a key around while engaging in activities, as it can easily get lost. Additionally, the bathroom cleaning was very poor; they really need to improve the hygiene in the bathrooms. Aside from that, it is a very good hotel.」

「Great location in the heart of Getsemaní and very close to the Walled City. The property is beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. Some staff members were very helpful, while others could be more attentive and professional. The room was quite basic and could use some improvements, especially in terms of lighting and functionality. There was limited space to hang clothes, no drawers, no large mirror, and no welcoming amenities such as cups, a coffee machine, or complimentary water bottles....

「I don't like the staff manager don't let my daughter pickup her stuff in my room was very rude (my daughter stay in other hotel with her husband but because we going together to a excursions to Baru Island and after she's going to the airport she left her luggage in my room) Very ridiculous management」

「Our stay was great !! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was included and everything was delicious. The rooms were nice but smaller than expected. The outdoor patio was cute. The area was lively and close to everything but I would be careful walking around at night .」
