「When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. 」

「The property is in an excellent location—very central, with many sightseeing attractions within walking distance. Public transportation options are also very convenient and easy to access. However, the apartment itself is quite outdated and would benefit from renovation. The furniture feels old, and the space lacks comfort and thoughtful details.
