This is a shared apartment with a shared living room and bathroom, and that should really be stated in the listing. You have to call the staff every time you want to enter the apartment, which is inconvenient, and amenities like the pool are not included — so the photos on Expedia are misleading. The positive side is that the apartment is cleaned daily and the price is good.

Very pleasant and responsive. Had an issue with the TV remote at 10 pm. They responded. Could not fix the problem, but he graciously offered us access to the next room which was vacant so we could watch TV.

A disaster: Should be listed as a hostil hostel.

I booked a private condo suite (clearly specified on website). Turned out it was a shared unit. Alberto is your typical uneducated local. He offered me to leave and find a different place which was not an option at 6:00 at night in a sketchy area. The wrong address is listed on the website. It's actually 81 Chicago st. The security makes no sense and seems to do everything possible to hassle guests. Nobody speaks English which makes sense being it's Mexico but usually hotels have someone. Multiple maids or unknow people enter the condo without knocking. We would sometimes bet what the next person entering would do. Example: lady walked in, put her lunch in my fridge and walked out? Not a guest. 3 of the 5 windows wouldn't open. No AC or Heat. Alberto was stereotypical macho hispanic: He would not appologize for anything. He would tell me the website is wrong and I should contact the website. He loved telling me I had the option to leave which is not really an option being finding another place close by at last minute isn't easily done. The pool requiers a reservation and swim cap. I never saw one person in the pool. The gym is nice if you can find a way to get in. It requires a code and Alberto gave me a code that didn't work. I gave up contacting Alberto because of his strange nieve logic.

Mira desde la llegada anuncia el edificio que están prohibidos los airb&b o similares, lo que pague al final cuenta una habitación de la cual no tenia baño, es compartido, lo que está súper mal porque falta mucha especificación toallas manchadas y su ibas para bañarse la regadera súper mal estado etc etc ,

Habitación limpia y con servicio de mucama. Cocina equipada al 100. Baño limpio y con agua caliente . Accesos privados y seguros , el único detalle q ni puedes entrar hasta q baje la persona q te renta pero siempre están ahí rápido . Muy muy cerca del wtc .

Tuve que esperar en el frío en la entrada del estacionamiento hasta que el encargado llegó con la llave. Luego me sentí prisionero porque no podía salir del apartamento si no le avisaba porque solo su huella abría la puerta del estacionamiento. La recámara fría sin aislamiento y si. Calefacción. Siendo que esta temporada la CDMX es fría . El baño sucio y sin insumos decentes para bañarse. Una total de docepcion.
