Unfortunately we had a bad start communication with our host was not adequate. I emailed and sent message as requested 48 hours prior to our check in. I did not receive a response. We arrived a bit earlier and the staff at the front desk didn't even say hi until about 10 minutes of me waiting in lobby. Once they finally got in touch with our host (after telling me they didnt know how to reach them) the host met me and was able to help. Check in took almost an hour. We were frustrated as we had our 1 year old in the car for extra time making it frustrating. Staff is not friendly once you tell them you have a separate reservation. We did however like the safety measures in place. Overall we enjoyed the location but would suggest improvement with communication.

Check-in rápido y agradable, fácil acceso, siempre estuvieron al pendiente.
