Exceptional customer service

Super nice owners. They sent me something I forgot in the hotel free of charge within a couple of days. I would have reimbursed, but they would not take my money. Really nice!

We would have like a warning about having to call to get the key when arriving in the afternoon. US phones don't always work in Europe which could have made this tricky. Staff was nice, room as promised and location is good for walking all over town.

Wir waren Positiv überrascht wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, und hatten aber die Ferienwohnung bekommen🤗, das war gerade für uns sehr gut da unser Hund verletzt ist. So hat er sich gut bewegen können. Wir werden garantiert wenn wir in der Gegend sind in dieses Hotel kommen. Danke viel Mals.

Het is een rustig en comfortabel hotel. Parkeren is gratis en het prima ontbijt is inclusief. De ligging is op een klein kwartier loopafstand van de Altstadt.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, auch nicht sehr sauber, Matratze bzw Kopfkissen hat eklig nach Schweiß gerochen, laut durch das nahe Krankenhaus mit Heli Landeplatz. Freundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Würde ich trotzdem nicht nochmal besuchen.

Leider habe ich eine falsche Rechnung bekommen, so das ich auf über 32€ sitzen bleibe, welche ich als Geschäftsmann nicht mehr von der Steuerabsetzen kann. Sehr ärgerlich. Beim Frühstück wird man gefragt ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll!

Ruhig, gut ausgestattet und nettes Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am Rand von Tübingen (nahe Westbahnhof). Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Etwas ungewohnt ist der Check-In der automatisiert mit einem Schlüsselsafe erfolgt. Hier hatten wir leider nicht wie vor Ort erläutert vorab eine PIN bekommen, durch Anruf war dies aber schnell behoben. Das Zimmer war angenehm eingerichtet, das Echtlichtbad sogar großzügig. Das Frühstück war „klein aber fein“ - das freundlichen Servicepersonal hat sehr schön auf kleinem Raum ein Angebot gemacht das durchaus auf gutem Dreisterneniveau liegt.
