「I had a terrible experience at this location which is a huge bummer considering what a nice view it has and how much I liked it the first time. We stayed again recently and had just come off an 8 hour drive with two young kids, only to arrive and be told that our reservation and payment was swapped over to the neighboring hotel that’s attached to a casino because the hotel was actually overbooked. Nothing like being exhausted with cranky kids and having to lose 30 minutes of downtime figuring...

「The resort, pool, & food were really very nice. However the hotel part of the resort has serious problems. We will not return. It was dark dirty & poorly staffed housekeeping. We had to change rooms due to ant infestation. Spent our stay searching for basics we needed in our room. The dark walkways & poor signage make it hard to find your room. Same for the dark parking lots. Needs total update for that caliber of hotel. Not worth the $. 」
