"1. Got to the hostel around 3:30 pm on arrival date, but had to wait for them to Start make up room. At first they asked me to get the twin-bed room and move to king-bed room the next day. I said no as I obviously booked double-bed room which means 1 big bed, plus I traveled by my own, so there is no reason for me to stay in twin-bed room. "The reason I chose this place was because of the 24 hour service and the price. Since I had a late night flight, I finally arrived at my guest house around 2am. The service worker was fast asleep and didn't hear the doorbell. So, I called the phone number but no one answered. A few minutes later I got a call from the manager.
