「Not handicapped friendly. Only the Office, Restaurant, and Woodward House have Handicapped ramps. All other facilities seem to have stairs.
This place must have been awesome 100 years ago.
Currently, it is overgrown. There is poison ivy in most of the flower beds. Dead trees are draped with English Ivy that remains unkempt. Polk berry plants and other weeds are common. Hedges are overgrown and block the view of what could be beautiful scenery.

「They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. 「Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas. 「The entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. There are no night stands next to the bed. No area to put your clothing to unpack. The restaurant closes early…8pm. The property is not being maintained well. Good thing, is that it is nearby Biltmore and Asheville.」
