「The room was clean and quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We kissed breakfast due to our early departure but the menu sounded good.」

You can request extra towels or request new sheets (that you have to dress the bed with) but there is absolutely no cleaning service or garbage pickup. There is also no room service after early afternoon/lunch. For this to be considered a resort I felt the property overall LACKED. 「This motel is very overpriced for the amenities and cleanliness. This is a motel and yet the front door do not automatically opened. With luggage this was very difficult to navigate. Looking at the ventilation unit filter, one can tell that this room has not been cleaned. The window was open. The shower head was Filthy! There was no plug in the drain to take a bath. Highway noise all day and night. The carpets are brown, as to not show dirt? Breakfast had waffles but the batter was...

「The person checking us in was very pleasant and informative. However, the room definitively needed updating. There were places on the walls that had been primed but not painted and paint on the molding around the bathroom door. The view of the lake from the balcony was nice.」
