"Rooms are a little small, but extremely clean and well appointed. The grounds are amazingly beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic and the location is very good. We will be going back to stay for an entire week. Just an exceptional place"

"Staff is very nice. There are zero amenities. Rooms are so very small. The bathroom on our boat is bigger than the bathroom in the rooms. Only a little more than 100 square feet for the room. The provided “brunch” is call down and ask the front desk to make you a hard boiled egg or toast/bagel. The location is great for quick access to Duval, some museums, and water excursions. Zero elevator so if on second floor be prepared to carry all luggage up steep stairs. "

"Lovely well maintained property. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold options. Room was spacious and clean, comfy beds great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of seating outside each room and in the commons areas and if you are lucky enough one of the resident cats will grace you permission for pets. "

"The hotel was in amazing shape, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. The concierge knew all of the good attractions to visit and had the ability to issue tickets while you spoke with her. The pool was very comfortable and the bartenders were super friendly and always walking around the deck to ensure your drinks were full!!!"

"Location was very convenient to Duval and the waterfront. Property and rooms are small .Pool had nice amenities though small. Air conditioner hard to regulate. "
