「We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants...

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「Nous avons été satisfaits de notre étape dans cet hotel. Très bon accueil, repas, nuit et petit déjeuner se sont bien passés. Nous avons apprécié l'engagement écologique. Quelques remarques à ce sujet. Nous avons trouvé un réglage de température dans la chambre à 22°, ns l'avons baissé à 18° mais c'était encore trop chaud pour nos habitudes... Ne serait-il pas opportun de moins chauffer (19°?). Sur le toit de la terrasse sur lequel nous avions vue (chambre 119?) une boîte de dérivation...

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...

「This was a small, family-run hotel, and we had a wonderful stay! The rooms were comfortable and immaculate, with high ceilings. Breakfast was extra, but well-worth it, as Host Jonathan would bring to us in the dining room freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious café au lait with the hot milk, croissants, yogurt, muesli, etc. Good location to the center of Beaune, and also short walk to the train station. It was a perfect place for our Beaune visit of three nights. Merci Jonathan ! 」
