I had a wonderful experience at A89 West Lake Hotel in Hanoi! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi! 🇻🇳

9/10 太棒了！ (4 則評論)
The Five Hotel & Resort Evara was a hidden gem that we found cloes to Hanoi which is just a 30 ride away. We stayed there for 4 nights and the place was super clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. The place was also serviced daily.
It also had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave oven as well as a cook top. The only (minor) issue was that there were no cookware, utensils, or plates provided. We didn't have time to cook so it wasn't much of an issue. But the availability of a cooktop felt redundant because there were no other equipment to cook with.
Overall, the place was really nice and would definitely boo again if we come back.

"Warning do not stay here. Worst hotel stay ever. False advertising. Nothing luxury about this place. Does not have any of the amenities listed. No mall. No laundry services. No activities. No towels first night. No toilet paper 2nd night. Floors sticky. No hand soap. Room is supposed to be nonsmoking ..."
