「真的是比較小的房型，但因為是去機場的前一天住宿，所以我認為ok，要到機場的86 bus很近，也是一開始挑這間飯店的原因。路口有一小節的樓梯，行員都非常機靈和主動幫忙（建議大家別忘了給他們小費）。以這個價格來說，非常划算！nice deal!!! CP value is high, great location for the BUS 86 to the HAN airport.」

「The room is clean. Included all basic amenities you needed. The bed is super big and comfortable. The hotel is super close to the St Joseph Cathedral. Perfect for a night before an early flight.」

「We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Hotel du Lac Hanoi. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. We had a mocktail at the sky bar and it was very delicious. Forgot what it’s called but it has dragon fruit, mango with hibiscus tea. 」

「酒店離86機場巴士下車處很近（2條街而已），附近景點步行可到，蛋咖啡、法式餐廳、36古街、還劍湖都近在盈尺，酒店房間夠大，員工也都很親切，尤其前台的Nancy（Xin chào Nancy）都是笑咪咪的，英文也蠻流利，值得推薦的酒店」
