「The staff was phenomenal! Every staff member encounter was above and beyond, every single interaction!」

「I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. 」

「It was really dirty and smelled of smoke. There were stains on the furniture and bedding. We actually did not stay and left before staying the night.」

「Room was spotless, and very quiet, parking was convenient, but entrance to hotel was a little difficult to find from the frontage road, suggest a larger,more prominent sign, but overall definitely a “10” rating for hotel 」

「The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.」

「My room was dirty, we had no hot water in the shower, and I was charged 3 times. 」

「Not gonna lie, I was expecting the worst because of the price, but turns out I really really enjoyed my stay here, the room was well worth it, very organized and clean and comfortable. I thought because I was paying 60 bucks that It would be bad but it was very nice neat and clean, everything was beyond my expectations! Will stay over and over again if I’m ever in Dothan,Alabama」
