"Beautiful hotel with great history. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming even with us checking in late in the evening. The nice gentleman at the front while getting my keys ready, explained the story of the hotel and all of its many transformations which was interesting to hear. We will return again if we end up needing a place to stay in Roanoke!"

"The room was very clean which I appreciate it very much . We didn't arrive til late but Everytime we stayed we have always been very satisfied. It is an older hotel but it's always very clean "

"AC was quiet and worked efficiently. Our room was very clean and well organized spaces for our travel bags. The lighting was excellent, with great reading lights & desk dimmer lights. Breakfast was well stocked lots to choose from. Enjoyed my stay. "
