「Staying at the Holiday Inn is nice but they charge your cred/debit card $100.00 for incidental fee. State that it will be refunded back to your card within 5 business days. It's been a month and they have not refunded my fee. The room had no incidental. And I am getting the run around with the hotel.claiming they do not have my reservation from May 23rd. Very unhappy and will never recommend a stay do to incidental fee. If I get my refund then I will change the rating.」

「Reception was ok. On entering the room I could smell dog. A few minutes later my wife stood a piece of kibble. Told reception,in fairness they offered a room change but had already unpacked and was only there one night. Went for a drink at the bar in the evening.
