「Great location, staff great. Had a maintenance issue and moved us immediately, no problem, very apologetic no bid deal」

「有點霉味」

「But no phone in your room, you can only go to the reception every time. Single bed is very uncomfortable; double bed is very comfortable lol, closely next to the woolworths and a mall with a small food court Take 10-15 mins (walking) to the central mall, railway & bus station 」

「住房比较宽敞。」

「Very good location and comfortable rooms」

「Overall okay, nice pool, welcoming staffs, just in general old building and some ants inside the room which make this almost perfect. 」

「Clean and in the middle of the city. Short walks too.」

「Everything's great except that the teapot provided during breakfast was not clean once in the 5-day stay. The staffs have always been friendly and the room was nicely prepared.」

「A perfect location for you to go around the heart of Cairns... you can walk and shop around Cairns easily... those kitchen stuffs are a bit old or even damaged... if you would like to cook by yourself, it may bring you trouble... however, they have barbecue equipment prepared next to swimming pool for you to cook, I enjoyed this which is good and relax... overall is a good... PS: only a remark that my room is so-called ocean view but indeed this is highly affected by which room they offered...

「Quite, service good」

「great location」

「The location is good. The basically equipment was provided in the kitchen, no oven was provided in my room.」

「排油煙機吸力不足，離大堡礁碼頭有點遠，附近有超市非常便利。」
