"This place is past its used by date. Way too expensive for the quality you are getting. Tiny rokmes and Tiny bathrooms. I stayed in two separate rooms at an average of $400 per night. What a waste, only a good view if in the right room."

"I got sick due to mold in the air conditioner, the managers refused to clean it and told me I can leave if I don't like it. Mold sickness is deadly so I had to leave. Possibly the worst level of customer service I have received at a hotel."
