「We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost. But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it. There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc. The location is convenient. Most activity gather at the dock behind the hotel (5mins walk). But it’s kind of noisy at night as there are people at the restaurant or street downstairs...

「The setting for the hotel is simply stunning and its easy to get to on a bus if you don't want to hire a car. We stayed in Reindeer which looked out toward Tromso so at night you have the lights in the distance, which is pretty but we would have preferred a view on the other side so it would be handy to understand that as you are booking. It is also upstairs and I didn't appreciate from the descriptions that its a two storey block with appartments. It was also stated that you are surrounded on...
