"I visited Lisbon for the Half Marathon race, so there is no better place to stay this close to start area. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety but it was value of price for sure, delicious coffee and breads. Indoor free parking was definitely an advantage who rented a car. (Uber is so cheap in Lisbon so I regret renting a car.) There is a water fountain at the lobby so I did not worry about this issue. I did my running training just in front of the hotel where the road merges with a big park. (Parque da Paz)"
"The cleaning of the room needs to be done in a timely manner. Clean towels and sheets need to be replenished more often. Toilet paper needs to be stocked better. Coffee in the room needs to be stocked better. And vacuuming the floor better. Always hair and crumbs. Also the chocolates that were left we found bugs in them. Gross. "
"The room was very spacious and had a great view. We only were disappointed in lack of professionalism in staff. At the breakfast, we found the young employees hogging a coffee machine, chitchatting. No regard to guests who paid for the breakfast, not as a part of their fringe benefits (I am assuming that staff can eat the same breakfast as guests at this hotel?).
Only driveway to the parking was extremely steep and scary. A lot of water damage in the room and building. Very awkward building structure (“new” addition to the existing building?).
Overall, it was a pretty nice experience except the young employees prioritizing their breakfast needs over paying guests."
"Very clean and a great breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, all kinds of fruit, yogurt, cereal, granola, all kinds of beverages, rolls, sweet breads, and more!"
