「Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. My son was a little taken aback by it and didn't love the boarded up / semi burned building next door... That said it seemed like a safe...

「No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again.」

「Hotel is good and comfortable. However, the nearby environment is not too convenient for international tourists. Parking fee needs to download app and does not accept international credit card. Luckily, Hotel can help to register my rental car plate number and pay for us.」

「Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. 「My family and I stayed at this hotel for my graduation. I suggest the rooms should have more safety features on the room doors. The door on the inside has no physical lock expect for the chain. The door has no peep hole so you can see who is on the other side of the door. The vents in the bathroom should be cleaned or covered they drop very gross things as one is showering. I think if you added like a breakfast that be cool. I love how they still have the phone booth and the hotel is close...
