"The smoke detectors went on and off in the entire hotel for hours, leaving us evacuated outside for 30 minutes at 10:30PM with scared children. We were cleared to go back inside and the smoke detectors went off again! We were not kept in the loop with what was going on, so we left early. The staff was accommodating ad they were refunding 25+ families that evening."
