The phone did not have a plug in ti contact the front desk, bed was extremely low and uncomfortable. Front desk staff in the morning didnt care as they said we will have maintenance look into it and rushed us out the door. "

Smooth checkin, immediate help with extra bed, helped with milk for my baby from the kitchen at night when they ran out of milk at their sundry shop, I cancelled the last night stay and the manager helped to settle that with Expedia with no penalty.
