「A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. 」

「The apartment was nice and in a great location. I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. In the confirmation booking email they said there was no onsite parking and recommended Q Park. So I used the link that was provided and booked through Q park only to discover later on when checking in that there was actually a closer car park. 「I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well. It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre. This will not be the last time I stay there. Highly recommended by yours truly! 」

「Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...
