「james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!」

「Very handy check in time (1200), friendly, helpful owners. Ten minute walk into busy town centre. Lovely cooked breakfast, really good all round guest house.」

「Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.」

「Facilities were well organised and everything was as described. Bed was comfortable. Only downside wife me was that the carpet needs a clean, it is getting sticky under foot. Otherwise all good.」

「Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. We have booked for our next trip already 😊」
