Westcroft at Seasound

"We had a wonderful stay at Westcroft at Seasound, not to be confused with Westcroft, which has now closed. We had a very warm welcome by the host Sarah and her two lovely pointer dogs, Edgar and Veta. Sarah made such an effort to make our week-stay as enjoyable as possible and both my wife and I felt very much at home. Breakfast was really nice catering for our individual taste. Sarah was a great source of information helping us to make the most of the surrounding attractions. Seasound is situated right on the seafront with a lovely beach and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We were able to park in the nearby car park which cost under £30 for the full week. The area is very dog friendly which was important for us and our dog. I can't thank Sarah enough for going above the call of duty and we will definitely be returning in the future. Michael, Jane and Bobbi x"

"From check in to check out the staff were amazing. Very helpful at all times. Lovely pool and gym & bar area. Rooms were clean and comfortable but need a little refresher & some updating, but it's an old building. Breakfast was pretty good apart from a cremated sausage & few minor issues. Overall a good selection of items to help yourself from plus a menu choice for cooked breakfast including kippers! Excellent hash browns! 😁"

"Cannot fault the Halfway House Pub. Stayed here for 4 nights..Friendly welcome shown our room by Mike. All staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent spotless and uensuite was great. Breakfast was very good. Ate here twice in the evening and food was excellent. Great evening spent listening to the Sea Shanty choir. Dog friendly.. No car park but public car park £5 for 24 hours. Will definitely be staying again. Thanks to all staff at the Halfway House."
