「The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. 「We did not stay at this location for several reasons. 1) Did not know we had to sign and fill out a waiver 3) Parking was not clear and spent about half an hour finding gate and location. 4) Your pictures did not represent how it looked in the apartment. it is actually a dorm apartment. 5) Absolutely no blankets in the place.
