「Good location, and the staff is friendly and nice. However, the room was still not ready even after the 3:00 PM check-in time, and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes.」

「For my first visit to Liverpool i can say that I could not have picked a better hotel.The location was spot on- with a glorious view of the Liver building, Mersey and docks, very accessible to local transport and sights.
