"The hotel smelled really good and was kept clean. Breakfast was good and staff was amazing. Only issue was the key card not working to get into the entrance when the doors locked at a certain and we had to pick up the phone so it can ring someone to come to the door. But the sign said use key card for entry and it wasn’t faulty because it still let us in our hotel room. "

"Very nice hotel close to the airport——we only heard one plane. However there was a $75 pet fee that was not disclosed on this hotel.com site. The manager explained that they have asked several times to have this posted. I am not faulting the hotel."

"The staff is wonderful. Continental breakfast was amazing and fresh! I can't explain it in words, but I felt like family welcoming me to my stay. When I didn't need room service but asked for towels and a few replenishments, they were Johnny on the spot with them. I am so used to other properties having their staff roll their eyes and give me such a hard time about these same requests. It's like pulling teeth with other hotels. But not HERE!!! Sonesta was the best hotel I could choose with the best rates and service in my opinion!!! "

"Everything was great. The breakfast was better than similar hotels, offering little egg patties, sausage gravy, pancakes, plus the usual. Location is easy to get to, but you can hear the freeway from the room. "
