"Our first time to stay in Hoi An, and we pick the La Siesta Hotel and Spa. This is the birthday celebration for my husband, and staff Emily from the Temple was so helpful by arranging a lava chocolate cake at night. Also, Long & Ngoc from the front office shows their passion to assist us during our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Hoi An"
"Friendly staff, great view, great hotel. At first I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the hotel itself since it's been many years since the hotel was first built, but they sure maintain it very well.
Super clean too, spotless even for the balcony or the very corner of the shelf. "
"The room is spacious and clean. Unfortunately the door lock of our room is malfunctioned, but all staff members were very helpful and sincere. Restaurants within the resort area were great and better than we expected. "
