「Mr. Lai was the best host! Rooms are clean and comfortable with great A/C. Mr. Lai responds to your requests in a timely fashion. The rooms are very private, and you can use the kitchen anytime you’d like. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe, comfortable and well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.」

「We had a fantastic three week stay here, and we have booked again for next year 😎good sized rooms with comfortable beds good shower and separate living room. Rooms were cleaned every two days with towels and bedding being changed. It is close to the river and just a ten minute walk to the old town. Great value and highly recommended.」

「we had a pleasant stay at Will’s apartment! throughout the 4 days we were in hoi an, Will gave good tips and advised us on places we should visit in the area. it was also easy to get a grab/car to the old town and i enjoyed the change in scenery at the apartment. the room was satisfactory as well, with a comfortable bed and shower. there were also two friendly dogs which made the stay even more enjoyable :) highly recommend the apartment to travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay....

「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. Petit déjeuner excellent et les œufs préparés sur commande. La chambre était impeccable avec belle vue sur une rizière. Je recommande très fortement cet hôtel. 」
