What a great venue to see a concert at. We would definitely return for future shows! It was worth the drive from Boston!

Venue itself was decent. The start of the night was great but come after the Kane Brown Live forever tour, this venue was so beyond disappointing in how a lot of us fans were kicked out of the venue so rudely and sent to some parking lot to “Try and get a Uber or a cab”. I explained how I have reynauds and I lose circulation and no one would help me amd my fiancé get to our hotel amd I really begged them to let me stay in and call a cab but the lady at desk just did not care. my phone died and my fiancée’s phone could not get a signal in the theatre and we were refused the WiFi password. they actually made us leave the inside my fiancée and I as well as other fans were just thrown out like trash and I felt very unsafe and treated very unfairly.!!! It really made me a paying visitor at that venue , and being 21/2 hours from our home with our car at the hotel , on top or freezing cold with no heat or help from anyone Fron the venue staff or live nation staff onsite , or a WiFi button so we could research and use a main phone at the very least. They wouldn’t even let me buy a long sleeve shirt or hoodie for the freezing temperature outside. I didn’t understand because I wasn’t starting any trouble and I was very respectful to everyone last night. I was with my fiancé and still felt very afraid and physically sick from my anxiety and freezing cold with white fingers toes and knees all numb. I know this is a huge complaint and I can’t bekueve it.
