"Clean room, air con was noisy but worked semi ok, didnt cool as good as we would expect at 19, 21, 22 degrees. Needed water and vending machine only took cash. Reception had no water to sell, only alcohol. Good sized cups for tea and coffee in rooms."

"Seamless check in, all done via a screen. We even got to select our room! So close to the airport, walked over for dinner and back again. Probably one of the best hotels we stayed in in Australia. Will keep our eyes pealed for this brand again. Only feedback is their lift systems could be improved"

"Enjoyed staying at the Quest. Had an ocean view. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit & mini kitchen. Close to the train & central. I will definitely be back"

"The hotel is 15 min drive, not 3 like is advertised. The rooms are very, very small but clean. The problem is the extreme noise from the street, thin walls between the rooms and constant noise from running bathroom water. Difficult to sleep. "

"restroom/toilet shower is outside the room and no one to man front desk or answer emergency phone. woke up at 3am to use toilet and forgot my key inside room..was locked out till 9am next day...same thing happened to another guest who missed her 6am flight.called police, they came but also failed to get hold of person incharge and could not help..nor the fire brigade...master keys could not open the rooms"
