「The staff is what makes this place. My experience has been great, the hotel was clean, food was great but customers service especially by Rehan and Ashraf exceeded all expectations by me, well done. 」

「Yes room very clean, staff always agreeable to any request. Breakfast ample and of good variety of Pakistani and western food. 」

「Worst hotel to stay at. No hot water geaser system. I was told it will be serviced next day however my stay ended but i haven’t seen hot water. No sound proofing. I was able to hear whats going outside. L The whole hotel share one remote control for all TV so if the neighbouring room needs it, they will knock at the door disturbing you and take it anyway. There was an AC which was more of decoration item. Upon asking at first reception shocked to why I need to turn on AC and then the reception...

「I didn’t like the stay this time They didn’t give me the room what I booked I was so disappointed this time I am not booking this hotel ever again.」

「Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.」

「This hotel in fact, according to management on Expedia. Yet, there's a full listing, and money was taken, booking confirmed. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS SCAMMED, AS THE MONEY DID NOT GO TO THE HOTEL. SCAMMERS GOT THE MONEY. ON CHECKING OUT I HAD TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE STAY!! I AM NOT SURE WHETHER THE HOTEL IS IN ON THE SCAM OR NOT, I CANNOT PROVE THAT. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FROM EXPEDIA. 」

「Got there the wash room clearly had not worked in awhile. I reported it to the front desk. I left there found another place to stay. Came back two days later still not fixed I collected the rest of my belongings and left management messages me a few days later offering a junior sweet. I declined and so far they are unwilling to refund any money. That is crazy」
