「A terrible hotel, there was no hot water and no towel provided until I asked but they gave me a damp, dirty one. The staff didn't have my reservation at first so it took half an hour to pull up the booking and check in. Finally, they insisted that I pay for them to provide security stating that it is required for Chinese citizens even though I'm an American. I had to call the embassy who sent a car to help me flee the property in the early hours of the morning because the manager wouldn't...

「No clean towels, no slippers for Bathroom. 」

「Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.」

「No elevator in the hotel be aware of going up and down the stairs its a-lot i was in my last trimester and it was a mission going up to 3rd floor. No hot water at all and the water stopped completely the next morning. Breakfast was served in room but bread was old and hard to bite. 」
