"Staff very Friendly and accommodating Room was clean but a lot of wear and tear re furnishings The nearly all the waterpark attractions were closed on the second day of our stay which was very disappointing why advertise as the best/largest water park when the main reason people are visiting/staying is for that reason! Baffling that repairs etc cannot be done when park is closed for the evening "

"For the price, it’s ok… but just ok… There were many things that needed to be fixed throughout the property. Pancake maker broken… vending including ice not working on our floor … breakfast had spoons on dirty surfaces… there should have been a place to put it not in the dish but out designated for the spoon. Bath tub had damage that was unslightly. Drawer under tv kept opening for no reason and wouldn’t stay shut. Could hear the room next to us all night long. Staff met in hallways had quite the response to common interaction."

"We had a great stay! Our room was clean, and the hotel was conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from LEGOLAND. The breakfast was also pretty good, which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!"
