"An excellent hotel. Lots of amenities, wonderful service staff and a great location in Hsinchu. Next to the East Gate, restaurants, brewery and markets. Rooms were clean and any issues were immediately taken care of by management. Would stay here again."

"The room is not ready when we arrived at 3pm. Staff said we need a Taiwan Mobile number for her to call us when the room is ready. Come on! This is 21st century! They can contact clients using Whatsapp or Line! The room is quite old but clean. The towels quite old as well. I can see that they are renovating the rooms. Hope will be done soon!"

"Everything especially the staff. The oarking lady was very helpful helping me call someone to pick up my water bottle carelessly dropped at the bottom of the parking. Thr breakfast was great and had a wide variety of food. They even had the celery juice I carve for. "
