"The carpets are heavily stained throughout the hallways. The room carpet stains. The outdated neglected flooring throughout the property, makes the hotel feel unwashed and poorly maintained I hope this feedback helps the hotel team improved future guest stays"

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. Judging by some of the previous reviews, I was expecting a dated and small room with poor breakfast, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. Our room was big and looked like it had been recently renovated. It had a Japanese toilet. The shower was great with good water pressure. The breakfast options were extensive. Staff were kind enough to call a restaurant for me to make a reservation for that evening. They offer a free shuttle to-and-from the local station (we didn't use this but good to know that they had it). I was nervous when I arrived that its right next to the highway, but we didn't hear it once. I recommend staying here. "
