"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. Avoid this toxic environment for your own health."

"It was our first time staying at Eslite Hotel. We love the clean line design. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the room which was clean, spacious, and had lots of shelving for storage. We also enjoyed the view of Taipei 101 building. Most importantly, the hotel is nicely located in an area with plenty of restaurants, events, and shopping centers. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. "
