"Floors squeaked with every step. WiFi was only pay for city service. Kitchen floor had buckle d vinyl. Dishwasher would not open fully due to baseboard. No instructions for parking or equipment in flat, such as washer, Tzv, available overnight"

"We loved this beautiful hotel. It was 5 stars! From the staff, the views, the food, cocktails and lastly the beautiful room. The way the colours and materials worked together made the room come alive. Such beautiful styling. The area of Oban has a quaint town with stunning views of the water, islands and hills. Definitely recommend a stay here. "
