「Our family enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel. It is conveniently located right next to the Oriente train station, which is less than 10 mins away from the airport, very close to a nice shopping mall and many restaurant options in the area, plus a beautiful rooftop bar. Our room was clean, comfy beds and pillows. Staff was great. I will be using this hotel again when traveling to Lisbon.」

「This is a great place to use as a first stop in Lisbon. It is quickly and easily reached from the airport using the metro red line. It is walking distance to the Oceanarium and a large shopping mall. With the metro/train station so close, you could use this as a home base to go many places. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is well worth the extra charge. My room was on the street side, but it was quiet. 」

「This was a great little spot for my initial visit to Portugal. Centrally located, super clean, excellent customer service. I did not opt for the breakfast option so I can’t speak to that, but I did appreciate how sweet the breakfast area was, and all of the variety of options available to those who might choose them. Everyone with whom I came in contact was polite and respectful and helpful, impressively so. I would definitely visit again, however, I would ask for a room on the top floor...

「The villa is so lovely, looking both cozy and boutique. The heated pool was a great add-on at the end of a hot day at the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. A few things I felt could be improved: the lack of beach towels (this surprised me and I wasn't prepared for it, as I've received beach towels at all stays in Portugal); general lack of towels (there are 2 towels provided per person and they are VERY small); the breakfast choices (the...
