  • I took this in March in Sintra, Portugal! It's at the fairy tale castle Pena Palace :). This is one of the lovely close-up views. It's is a Romanticist castle that stands on the top of a hill in the Sintra Mountains. And undoubtedly one of the most iconic places in Portugal. And a dream come true to visit it! It is a national monument and constitutes one of the major expressions of 19th-century Romanticism in the world. The palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal. There are so many wonderful things to say about the Sintra Boutique Hotel. The staff was amazing catering to all our needs, central location, great breakfast and the room was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sintra.

The staff was wonderful. The location was great and the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Parking is an issue in Sintra but the staff will work with you to sort it out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay. Great location for seeing the sites. Person at front desk during afternoon/evening shift was over the top helpful in planning for the day site seeing as well as gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for the evening. Can not say enough good things about her.
