「The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

「No one told us the swimming pool was under maintenance!!!!? We picked that hotel specifically for the indoor swimming pool. AND IT WAS UNUSABLE!!!!! That made our ENTIRE stay a mess!!!!」

「This is a very charming place and the staff was wonderful!」

「No mini fridge. No fitted sheets on the bed. Carpet smells horrible. I dont know why hotels have carpeting in any rooms, especially dog friendly rooms」

「Both Expedia and the Hotel need to be explicit about exactly when the airport shuttle runs. I booked a room at this hotel at a higher rate on the expectation that because it included an airport shuttle (rare for Santa Fe) it could get me there by 6:30am. Tell us >exactly< what your services are and when they're available,...

「Great hotel with great amenities. Food at restaurants there excellent Great location right on the plaza. Only negative was lack of drawer space in rooms and poor toilet paper. Generally if back in Santa Fe would stay at La Fonda on the plaza」

「這是一間 CP 值很高的飯店。唯一詬病的是樓上走路聲音樓下聽得到。除此之外人員的服務或是旅館空間都很不錯, 地點雖然不像 Downtown 有些高級飯店那麼好，但也很近downtown了」

「Very nice」
