「Everything is very good. Fashion design, comfortable bed, clean room and good location to see the Douro river in the room. Only one disadvantage is the hot water is not enough for taking shower over 10 mins. 」

「It was an okay stay. Bed was comfy and the room had a little kitchenette which had all the things needed to use it. Good shower pressure and air con was cooling well. Clean bedding and surfaces in most places. The view of the city and the bridge was great. Balcony was nice too. However though there were couple of issues. The windows were not suitable to stop the noise from the street (I can imagine that is due to facade being listed but still, feels like more can be done to secure windows as...

「It was very convenient a with everything we needed. It is a bit far away from the more touristy areas. But great if that is what you are looking for. Staff are good at communication and very friendly and helpful. Grocery store less than a block away.」

「Well equipped apartment. You got everything uou need for your stay. Iron, kitchen appliances. It would be nice to have 2 high chairs for the table in the studio in Almada 409. Cleanliness was the only issue. The floor was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The staff is very responsive on Whatsapp. All instructions before check-in were very accurate. A little overpriced but probably because of the location.」

「Lovely apartment. Very secure and had all the amenities that we required. A kitchen to cook, washing machine and dishwasher. rooms were really clean and lovely. Great toilet/bathroom and air con was a great bonus for the heatwave. Close metro station which was a big plus for helping to explore the city and beyond.」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「The only things I did not like were that first floor is up a stair case or this should have been described somewhere and one of the bathrooms was not very sound proof, but enjoyed my stay overall. Had two bathrooms, comfortable bed, location was great, felt safe, a lot of places and things to do close to the hotel. Great experience!」

「We are well warm welcomed by Joana and she is super caring for what we need. She is so professional and sincere and makes our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her working attitude. The location is super convenient, nearly all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. As it locates in the center of the old town, the downside will be the noise, we couldn't sleep well as lots of people in the street making noises during midnight. Also it is on the top level so the air-conditioning...

「位置非常好，近杜羅河邊，又在碼頭中央位置，行數分鐘就到路易一世大橋。惟酒店的洗手間、洗面盤和沖涼室都在同一空間位置，沒有間隔，同一時間只適一人使用，不太方便。另外，三日只整理房間一次，期間如有需要，要預先廿四小時通知及另作收費。要留意無USB充電位。」
