Staff very friendly. Location is excellent and so was the parking. Rooms were large but a little dated. While the furniture was uncomfortable, the beds and pillows were great. I did notice a few stains on the carpet but otherwise, rooms were very clean.

Amazing variety of continental breakfast buffet: different toasts, pastry, cereals, fruit, cold meats and cheese, boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, yoghurt... Room were very wide, big beds. The most comfortable bed and pillows I've slept in, nice toilet with soap and gel, coffee machine ...

Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto
Great location. Amazing staff. Very friendly Picture on website shows view of CN tower. Not from our room… back of other hotels.. maybe user error but a little disappointing. Not staffs problem thou still made us feel welcome
