Only had 2 laundry machines and one was broken. Fitness centre was out of order. Horrible cleaning product smell sprayed in hallway made us move rooms/floors. Fire alarm at 3am one morning. Breakfast extremely crowded. For the price, or just a bit more, pick somewhere else…

I was late arriving for check in, staff very understanding and couldn’t do enough to help me.
