Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
Elevators at checkout were ridiculous. Constantly staff and cleaners in the elevators so you got to wait for them to do what they're doing and they won't move or get out of the way. I was waiting to get downstairs from room 14 to the lobby and it took 20 minutes

The room required better overall maintenance: visible fingerprints fridge exterior. Dusty lampshades and dirty interior garbage bins. Staff was exceptional (especially younger staff with kids -Miranda). The Hive playspace felt crowded. Kids activities could be better spaced out throughout the hotel ...
