the room was not cleaned and housekeeping turned up at 9:30pm the next day and then again another day we had to request housekeeping as they had not cleaned the room by 6pm. the location is excellent though.

We had a lovely trip, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were helpful and kind. Our only downside was the pool was not well maintained. There were no towels and used bandaids on the deck. Also too many chemicals used. We got back to our room and showered and STILL smelled like pool the next ...
