Had a great stay here! Checking in and out was easy and instructions were clear to follow. Apartment was clean and there was a nice balcony to relax outside as well. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in the city that’s in an area which is close to many shops and the main attractions in the city.

Accessibility of the owners for questions. The bed ans room was perfect for us with a great view an experience to bring ky family to. A bit nervous of paying before completion of stay, but all interactions were positive and trustworthy.i would stay there again.

The room was very clean and elegant. The kitchen was well designed and beautifully decorated. The balcony had a beautiful view of the water. Enjoyed the breeze at night. The host of this site was very friendly and helpful. Any questions were answered promptly. The location was close to the Scotiabank Arena, Union Station, CN Tower and other downtown venues. We were able to walk and visit other sites downtown.

What a great place! Right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Toronto. Short walks to everything. Security was very good, felt very safe.

The property decoration was cute; however, you can see hairs and dust. The property is definitely a bit aged, and the owner has not invested any money in mattresses. Even though it is a one-bed plus den, the main bed has a strange open wall that leads to the dining area with a glass door. The den also has glass doors, which provide no privacy. The location is what made it convenient for us.

They changed my reservation last minute to a different location, and so there was some confusion with the check in information. Had to talk to two different parties to figure out out. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The A/C ran the entire time, but never cooled it below 22.0 C. Location was very convenient for exploring downtown.

Very nice balcony, easy to use temperature system for cooling and Heat. Cleaning was completed before arrival. It was clean and comfortable. However, Shower curtain was yellow with dirt, bedroom carpets were stained. No laundry machine as advertised. Sofa, kitchen, bathroom and floors were well maintained. The condo is nice. Very convenient for getting to local dining, shopping, entertainment and hospitals. Easy communication via text with staff members. Very prompt, helpful and informative.

Amazing location. We were 500 meters front the CN tower and Rogers center. We came in for a game and it was great to walk and not have to take any transportation. Great suite and great location.

Great location and space for the family. Nice outside deck. Note that one of the bedrooms fits only a bed which was okay for us but just nice to know. My grandson loved it. Nice to have two full bathrooms. Response was always quick. Thank you!

I booked this hotel for a couple of days stay,the rooms looked great and spacious ,with a 24 hour concierge and it offered Spa services,just ,before l check in the hotel I received texts from a person giving me instructions on how to get in the building,and at a different location.The room we got was very small and not at all like the one I booked ,also the bed is small ,no much space for two people this is disappointing because I was not notified of the changes and I didn’t get what I paid for,was a very busy weekend in the city,so couldn’t find another hotel Don’t recommend this one
